I have trained a LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) to help the model understand the transformation (Venomized) of a subject into Venom, the Marvel Comics character. This LoRA captures Venom’s key features, such as the dark symbiote, alien traits, and distinctive musculature, while also showing the subject’s original appearance. It allows for detailed visualization of both the transformation and the character’s prior state.

Great job! However, I tried to redo the photo with Trump, but Venom is out of place on the right. Do you have any tips?
Did you use same prompt but changing seed/scheduler ? or just random prompt?
I used the same prompt, I just changed the text. It also says Venomizted sometimes.
@Matthew01 It's strange, another user did a Tom Holland poster with same prompt, you can check in gallery. Anyways I need to retrain again and include more images to dataset because it's trained with few images and maybe there's a % to fail in generation.
