The usual story at this point. Autismmix Confetti was used for previous, same issues with burn popping up some times requiring a strength of .8 instead of 1. Nudity seems to go nuts with hiresfix sometimes but I found some solution to that by adding things to the negative prompt such as muscular. Adetailer had hiccups here and there but for the most part you don't need it entirely, but in some situations it's better to use than not, if faces look too plain in some generations I'd suggest attempting to re-generate with adetailer to see if it decides it wants to help you or just turn someones head into a mini picture of a cowboy shot.
