would you be willing to share the data set and maybe we can collaborate to get that file smaller?
@pogo give it a shot as it is, you will not need a second claudia doumit lora. I have experimented a lot..m i found akpha/dim below this makes loras weaker, and Im oftrn disappointed by how other loras work. My loras work well, rhen on cyber pony and realism if you lower the atrength a little, because they're trained on base pony.
Trust the process, I could make it 216 mb or smth but the likeness becomes weaker, and I believe having a single kora that works is better than trying variants. Quality is guaranteed.
@pogo but you knownif you have a proven good config, especially with prodigy, im willing 2 try it

But could it not be as great at 216mb?
How many images did you use?
@pogo I've used about 70 images.
It could be 216, but then it becomes a lora like other people's: okay, not great. This is the config I found that makes the -best- quality.

@Malessar 70 images?! there aren't 70 high quality images of her out there. Did you take your own screen grabs from her shows?
@Malessar I gave a thumbs up. Sorry but there isn't much to upload to civit with celeb models other than memes that we've all seen a thousand times
