This is my first anything AI, this Lora is intended to create Kamon , Kamons are Japanese family/corporation crests , like some kind of logo. This Lora works well for creating Kamons themselves and works ok when you try to integrate them in a situation .
as this lora is intended first to create Kamon by themselves , there is a Tag system to define their creation .
I will create a version without tags to have them easier to integrate in a scenery .

the dataset is 688 black and white images
trained at 21step/image. batch size of 3 , it s kinda low i guess , but it s because i only have a 1080ti . i would appreciate if you have advices about it .

This is the version for making Kamons without using the tags , just trigger it with Kamon , it s way easier to integrate into scenery .
I cooked it exactly the same but without any caption so you cant describe the elements you want in your Kamon , and you get what it wants to give you .

yes , i want to retrain it, i just got my 4090 too , but i m installing everything right now , how do i share , i just make a zip and upload ? i ll do it as soon as i plug the old computer , i didnt transfer anything yet
i have uploaded the training images , can you download them ok ?
I see the files show up under Training Data, but I just get a "File not found" when I try to download them.
@miette Can't see the LoRA model now, or download the training file.
@Nexustar ok , i removed the training data , can you see the loras now ? i ll try to re upload the training data without breaking the loras
@miette So now (3:45PM EST Fri 12th) I can only see "kamonJapaneseCrest_trainingData.zip" (which does download fine) but no other files, no LoRA. However, if I select "No Tags" from the three buttons, I was able to download "kamonJapaneseCrest_notags.safetensors". Perhaps I was confused before. Usually the file list has two files - one LoRA, one TrainingData.zip on the same page/version.
@Nexustar yes i understand , i was trying to do that , but i really tried everything and i couldnt find how to do it , so i did it like it was a new lora with only training data . sorry for the confusion

I wanted to create kamon(s), and I expected this to be LoRA. But when I click download, I only download the dataset...? Does it not contain any lora file (.safetensors) ?
Is it intended to be just the dataset? And have anyone train it and have the safetensors file?
@gracia_victory There should be a bar towards the top left corner of the page. This is where you choose the "version" of the model.
Click "1.0" up there and you should get to the model.
The poster had some issues with the upload here. Normally the model is the first item in the list so you shouldn't need to switch the version in most cases.

@mnemic thanks , that s exactly it , i had troubles uploading the dataset , but the lora is present too
@miette There should be a button that lets you change the order of the "versions" at the top. You should probably make the LoRA the #1 as this is where people will land after finding the model.
