His name is actually Jefferson Davis. Miles has his mothers maiden name because Jefferson and Aaron got into so much trouble when they were younger that Jeff didn’t want Miles to be associated with that last name.
I believe ‘into the spider verse’ (which is what this Jefferson model is based on) extends this and has Jefferson also change his surname to ‘Morales’ for that exact same reason.
But if I wasn’t doing this specific iteration of Jefferson, I definitely would’ve called him by his Davis surname aha
@Xammile He does not. He is both credited as "Jefferson Davis" in the credits, and if you watch the movie, his name tag when he in on duty has 'Davis' on it.
