Where did you get the SDXL CLIP-G and CLIP-L as safetensors?
Pony uses a custom CLIP-G and CLIP-L you can separate them from any pony checkpoint with Comfy, model tools "save clip"
I would use a FP16 checkpoint so as not to have a FP8 CLIP
Technically you can just connect the clip from another checkpoint
Thank you for explaining how to extract the CLIPs. Why do we not want an FP8 CLIP? I just extracted it from the "full" model version here. It seems to work, using the workflow from the example images.
Given that the lack of VRAM was why I’m looking at your models in the first place, would you mind uploading the correct CLIP-G and CLIP-L? Otherwise, everyone who wants to use your model needs to also download another model, extract it, put it in the correct folder… seems like a lot of extra effort for every single person.
@balad86594925 They tend to think the CLIP is a required download if I post it alongside the model - for the GGUF I do have a FP32 version of PONY CLIP uploaded
I can't get the GGUF version to render properly, it makes realistic and SFW images. I tried your FP8 and og V6 and I do get NSFW anime/CG close to your exemples. I copied the workflow too, tried extracing CLIPs, loading from the V6, etc, same results. I'm a noob in this so I might be missing something, but I stumped
The FP8 model is a full checkpoint and doesn't need any additional components to run - For the GGUF you would need a CLIP-G, CLIP-L and GGUF support for comfyui
Well, as expected i'm a big dumbo, turns out I copy pasted a similar size and name GGUF, but not the pony one...
