ReaLust is Great for NSFW as well as highly detailed SFW. Good for design and fashion as well as able to incorporate some Pony sauce into the prompting. All round a fun model to use and push wherever you want to take it. Enjoy!
The sweet spot seems to be CFG scale of 5 and Steps from 20 upwards with DPM++2M SDE Karras.
