These Pony Realism styles were each trained on single 70s photo shoots as an experiment to create highly consistent photography styles.
Be aware that you will likely need to use ADetailer or similar methods to inpaint the face for best results. It will tend to produce a particular looking face unless you're descriptive about facial, age, and hair details. It's also best to keep prompts short and concise, as getting too wordy will result in the style drifting away.
I'm using this with Pony Realism v22, and typically use CFG of 4-6, and always keep the LoRA weight set at 1. To help the face from glitching too badly I've had best results when generating at highest res possible - 832x1216 and then upres by 1.5x using the ESRGAN_4x upres sampler.
