4G PONY+XL True Merge (PONY/XL)
This model is for 6GB or other low VRAM purposes.
It excels at doing celebrity + anime or Disney character merges
However it is in 2 bit precision vs 10bit for FP16 - I will consider a FP16 model at a latter time.

Works fully with XL LORA's
Works with most PONY prompts
Pony LORA's have reduced effect
Works fully with Lightning 4 Step at CFG 1 (Euler or Dpmpp_2m)

Tanlines, anus size, breast size all working.
Source_anime, Source_Cartoon, Source_3D (Partial effect)
Most Character prompts working (See Below)
Limited or No Function
Futa prompting has issue.
Some characters mixed with XL training have some pretty hilarious results.
Some prompts have overriding training like my little pony
Score_9 (Effects the image greatly on same seed analysis)
Some characters like, fionna the human girl get a rabbit head instead of hat.

How big of a difference/upgrade is it from the other 4g model you released?
It would be completely different. You have a great deal of pony abilitys with the added function of full XL LORA support. I am testing if this will add 4 step function
@Felldude I'll try for another test batch or two, but yeah I recall the last one having some issues and i dunno if it was cross posting stuff properly on civit for some reason.

I will be simple after very quick testing.
Pros: Celebrity names (just prompt) working
Contra:
SDXL celeb loras not working,
Pony prompts not working,
Pony celebs not working
It needs a ton of work to become a good cross XL-Pony hybrid, because at the moment this checkpoint knows nothing(sorry), except celebrity names, which is good.
You should decide, what prompt technic you want to use, to not mess up the result in your next version.
Ideal case would be: 1 prompt technic, and compatibility with XL and Pony loras plus celeb prompts.
I hope, you will not give up and give us a model, which supersede any other checkpoint cause of hybrid behaviour.
I do appreciate the testing but XL but you may investigate XL lora's not working as lightning is one of the greatest test of that. While some pony prompt do not work, many do. As you said you did a very quick test then posted a very broad analysis which not accurate on many things.
How would one merge this model with something else, if that's possible? I tried with the A1111 built-in merger for a quick test but nothing happens, not even an error.
It is unlikely as it is a custom CLIP to allow for XL/PONY. If you just merge them normally you get garbage from UNET
