Yasuko Sugimoto from a pretty sweet yuri anime - Aoi Hana/Sweet Blue Flowers. Yasuko is a dum dum with a lot of character flaws and then I watched the anime, I didn't really like her by the end, but at the same time, I really wanted to make her as my first character LoRA for Illustrious, also, like with some other characters I've done, by the end of LoRA making, I grew some fondness for her. LoRA was made from dataset of 98% anime screencaps, so it has the related problems - style burn and occasional aura/glow emanating from character, tho, they large depend of the checkpoint used.
