The file is correct, but the name is incorrect. Civitai renamed the file. I will find a way to change it.
@twintailmaster If you have already downloaded it, feel free to rename it yourself. SD and Civitai prioritize file hash over file name.

You can add clip skip to your ui directly by add it in ui options in settings
