Different checkpoints interact differently with different colors. And therefore, sometimes a boost is required. For example: "Latex skin:1.5" or "Green skin:1.5".
To get flesh color while keeping latex - leave the color blank and add "Colored Skin" to the negative.

Sometimes latex hairs pop up even if they weren't specified. If you want to avoid this, add "Latex Hair" to the negative. Oddly enough, latex hair has completely different styles at different checkpoints. Sometimes it's worth boosting "Latex Hair:1.5/1.8" to get rid of regular hair. Supports the bald well.
