terronesirl734 Who said anything about porn? Using this style for NSFW art would be quite pointless, since the source material is all SFW.
Still, I believe in fair use and artistic freedom, hence why I make sure to archive LORAs of artists who want to limit others' freedom by threatening to take down models based on their art.

Like how do you take issue with artists to the point of them being freedom hating villains, in your mind? It's so cartoonishly ridiculous.
What is funny is the people complaining are the same people using checkpoints that are trained on others art work as well, more specifically when an image is generated you can see evidence of stable diffusion trying to include the artists signature. The link below are some good examples.

Going to add a bit more to this. Here in the USA an art style is not copyrightable. Ideas are not copyrightable either. Now the question I have for everyone here are you talking legal or moral? Morally yeah it's bad, but legally they are allowed to, assuming they are in the USA. I keep seeing people make a moral argument but the disguised as a legal one, moral and legal are not the same thing. Before you talk about consent, fair use, and copyright make sure what angle you are talking from. Conflating the two is a logical fallacy and is not a actual argument.
@terronesirl734 You don't need to "consent" to someone using your images (that are in the public domain, no less) when it's already fair use.
