Try to make a complex prompt to have better effect.

For the upscaling part i suggest to lower the weight by half.

Sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras: 20 to 40 steps.

Sampler: Euler a: 25 to 40 steps.

CFG Scale: 1 to 8.

Clip Skip: 2.
