Cornelia Arnim from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Trained on Illustrious-XL. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.
Trigger word is "crnlia" and "orange hair, wavy hair, long hair, cyan eyes" is required.
Add "circlet, choker, maroon dress, plunging neckline, cleavage, feather trim, detached sleeves, side slit, high heels" for her typical look.
