Heaven Smile, from the Gamecube game Killer7, you can hear them coming, but you
can't see them.. Until it is too late and they grab a hold of you and explode.
Only a select few people of the elite assassins group led by Harman Smith can see them
by scanning for them and collecting their blood. Most iconic is their eerie laugh. You can hear
them in the distance, by one 'wuhahahah....', so you know there's one (or more) around.
Make sure you shoot them before they grab a hold of you though, otherwise Garcian Smith
will have to come clean up the mess again.
