I read your note where you suggested a base model other than the base Illustrious: I actually tried this LoRA out (among a few other style ones so I didn't put much thought into it) with base Illustrious, and I guess the drawback of base Illustrious is that it gives a 2.5D look rather than 3D
yup any western/3d stuff will not work as well on base illustrious/base illustrious merges such the model was only trained on danbooru data with did not contain 3d stuff
noob on the other hand was trained with e621 which has a large amount of 3d stuff in its data h
