How do you make a lora so small? I thought the regular size for 1.5 loras is 37mb.
I don't know about the trainers, perhaps he uses PixAi. The thing is modern LORAS are being optimized like that with almost no loss of quality. It would be so great if people optimize many other 144~288mb LORAS. It would be a ultra disk space saver!
