Please beware, success rate is not 100%. If your model is too sfw, or the prompt is too long and with tons of "best quality masterpiece 8k wallpaper highly detailed", I am not sure about the output.
"nipples" is not necessary and can even cause two breasts out.
"sideboob" might help? not sure about that.

Amazing concept, tested this quite a bit. It's definitely a bit finnicky, but does work. My advice / findings
"McDonalds" helps to make sure they are at a table and properly in the right setting for the lora to work
Make sure there are no tags relating to anything that shouldn't be visible like leggins or shoes etc, they will 100% break the lora
Nipples was required for me sometimes, but other times does break it and make it show both breasts. You will have to play with it to see
Flashing / Pulling clothes aside etc type tags do help sometimes
