Killer Frost based on her appearance in the Justice League Unlimited cartoon series. Just like with Star Sapphire, I couldn't find a Pony-based model for this version and just decided to make my own.
IMPORTANT: Use "kfjlu" to trigger her. I suggest NOT using "Killer Frost" in your prompt. Pony associates "Killer Frost" with a completely unrelated character and it may cause bleedover.
Trigger words: kfjlu, pale white skin, blue sclera, blue bodysuit, blue gloves, blue hair, short hair
I'm pretty happy with how she turned out. Should be stable enough to use with other LoRAs at 0.8 strength. You may need to reinforce her skin tone with "pale white skin" and her eye color with "blue sclera" or Pony will fight those aspects of her appearance at strengths below 0.9.

OMG Yes! What a great character design. So do you more prefer Pony or Illustrious?
Thank you for your feedback! I've found that what a lot of people say about Pony vs. Illustrious seems to be true for me. With Pony you can usually get a little better likeness and character accuracy, but with Illustrious it's easier to get a good composition and it seems to adhere to prompting more closely. I'm leaning toward Illustrious right now, but I think Pony still has its place.
I try not to do too much post-processing when I'm posting to CivitAI because I want people to be able to reproduce my work. But if I was trying to create the absolute best possible image and all tools and techniques were on the table, I'd consider doing a first pass with Txt2Image in Illustrious to get a good composition and then a low denoise pass with Img2Img Pony for details.
