Preface
I wanted to try, what happens, when I am train a LoRA on a pentagram in a circle. In the training image should nothing else than the circle with the pentagram inside. The background should be a single colour.
The result can be seen here. The model does after first attempt what it should do.

Can it do inverted pentagrams?
If you do something like this in a Prompt 'white pentagram on black ground, <lora:PentagramCircleConcept:1.0>', you can get combinations in colors you like. If you mean a vertical mirrored pentagram I am not sure how to do so. Therefore I can create a new model e.g.
