Finally have enough buzz to start training again for Flux! It's definitely much easier to work with than SDXL but of course much more expensive too.

Not sure this LoRA was made quite right as it does not produce a consistent person and sometimes even just throws out things like a dog or a guy sitting with a woman and baby.
Not sure why that is, all the images were trained on just one subject. It seems to work fine for me, are you using it with any other lora?
@Manmaker It seems that for most of your prompts you are providing additional detail on how he looks, such as "middle age, fat, short beard" etc. And it seems to only be in conjunction with those additional descriptors that your LoRA more consistently produces the guy. This could mean it was undertrained or that you included those in your captions, so they became additional trigger words that are usually necessary to produce the desired result. I will post a few of the images I created with this LoRA so you can see what I got.
@Manmaker PS I don't know why but it flagged a clearly not XXX image as XXX when I tried to post.
@epzer So you need to write "middle age, fat, short beard" always, to get the same face? and then it works always?
@SafetyAction Not necessarily. I merely said it doesn't seem to work without it. I didn't say it always works with it.
