This is the DC Comics hero Green Arrow, as reimagined by Mike Grell for his 1987 limited series The Longbow Hunters (and the subsequent ongoing series). Since this is based purely on Grell's comic book art, it leans more towards his drawing style. However, it can be pushed towards photorealistic styles, especially for closeups of the character's face, with the right Checkpoint and a little careful prompting. What it can't do on its own is a clean depiction of the character actually wielding a bow and arrow, but that might be possible with ControlNet or the right action LORAs. (I may also make a second version, with more archery images, to improve performance in this regard.)
