Sharon Tate, born on January 24, 1943, in Dallas, Texas, was an American actress and model who became a prominent figure in the 1960s. She appeared in several films, including "Valley of the Dolls" (1967) and "The Fearless Vampire Killers" (1967). Tragically, Tate's life was cut short when she was murdered by members of the Manson Family on August 9, 1969, while she was eight-and-a-half months pregnant.
