Now we just need a sexy AI voice of Doc Hammer to match!
Concept seems really weak, not sure why. Throwing a variety of models, settings, and other changes didn't help. Cartoon versions didn't come out nice. I copy and pasted the example prompts from the image and while I got some realistic looks, they only looked slightly like the character. I had to put the weight up to 1.2 to really get the character, but even then it looked vaguely like them and seemed to be based on one particular person as that person came up in every model I attempted.
I noticed the LoRA name is different in the prompts than what the file name is... could this be an earlier version?
hard to tell, as you can see it works for me, and someone posted theirs and it seems fine. in general its hard to tell if its working well because not enough people upload their examples. then there's the prompts and tools that make a huge difference depending on the usage.
it can be plenty of reasons, I can provide an update later that's stronger in training but since you used my prompts as you can see I didn't need to increase the weight to :1.2 or higher
the one you see is the same one I uploaded, the file name is Girlfriend-10 but when its in the prompt it will looks like this <lora:Girlfriend:1> I simply just lowered the weight to <lora:Girlfriend:0.8> or lower (0.7-0.5) with all my loras. if and when i provide and update then ( and having both versions in the prompt) it may look like <lora:Girlfriend-10:1> (old) and <lora:Girlfriend-12:1>(new version) in the prompt. I couldn't have uploaded the wrong one because the batch I made of Girlfriend, I only grabbed/downloaded one version which is the 10th
overall I don't know what you put so i cant even begin to say perhaps it was something on my end just yet. but as I said I can provide a stronger version later - I tend to try to balance my loras, if its too strong it can be an issue with compatibility with other styles. etc. it seems like yours is too weak which don't sound right
if you send me what you prompt perhaps i can see if struggles in some way idk, the process for these are time consuming
@True_Might Thanks, I'm guessing there's something I'm missing because as you said, someone else posted an image that looked pretty great. I don't have a dedicated anime model, Deliberate and RealisticVision have worked well in that department, so maybe that's it. I'm going to try and generate a big variety to see if I can narrow down what is going on.
