Would love to see this model improve support for 70s-80s scifi artists beyond what is in SD 1.5. I have an artist list if anyone has the time/inclination I can share.

Brilliant idea! Here is some thoughts of mine. To train model, there are multible ways, if you want one specific style or object,"texual inversion"(embeddings) is the most suitble way.

If you need to add an artist list, which means many styles, it is better to begin with origin SD1.5 and using dreambooth to train the model, and then merge with other models. Hope this idea come true!

I'm pondering a Syd Mead LoRA. I only have a 1080 Ti but did train a test one successfully. I have 2 large format books. But I don't know whether I have enough VRAM to really do it/him justice.

Tried this out, and it's all right. If this included people like John Berkey, John Blanche, etc. I'd use it a lot more. I've ended up using models like Dread a lot more, because it's been more general-purpose useful for sci-fi illustrations where I want more noise and painterly touches.

Hell yeah! Berkey and Syd Mead are my two favorite dead sci fi artists to use.

@AIfriend Thanks! I've been getting really good results with Dread over here for the kinds of things I'm doing with this!
