I was trying to preserve what big asp knows but add the aesthetic quality that SDXXXL has learnt vs the base model.
@qnt_iler fyi models like sdxxxl and porn master and other are very bad models -as this topic- , idk how those goes trendy with people as they such very bad models
@amazingbeauty People are sorting by ranking. Since they're now ancient SDXL models, they've got a lot of upvotes, but the newer ones blow them away.
@qnt_iler Have you tried simply upping the CFG from the author's spec of 2-3? It works just fine @ 7 or so.
Seems like a step backwards to me. SDXXXL was never a great model, and relied on built-in LORAs. In contrast, BigAsp involved training millions of well tagged images. The only way of merging BigAsp and getting something better would be to merge it with a good model that was also trained with JoyCaption.
I think that might be true of a weighted sum merge but this is bigaspv2 plus the difference between SDXXL and base sdxl so the idea is to try and transfer some extra knowledge but using big asp as the foundation model.
SDXXXL is actually pretty good at giving good professional looking composition whereas big ASP has a tendency towards close up cropped out people.
In any case it’s all an experiment -but for some styles I found it to be an improvement.
