Illustrious and Pony are both based on SDXL and some Illustrious checkpoints are compatible with pony scores since they were merged with Pony or sdxl, so to answer your question NO, this is not a fake Pony but a refined Illustrious checkpoint that works partly with Pony score system

I've tried probably fifty models and invariably come back to your model as the one with the highest operational adherence to prompts (especially when it comes to adherence to lors). Are you planning an update?

This is honestly the single best model i've found for illustrious if you want a pure anime or cartoon style, nothing else comes close and it works so well with loras.
