This is not the case for the QWEN model, it's pretty good at tits.

To achieve clear NSFW images shown below, I used SadGurlz in conjunction with my other LoRAs [SEND NUDES] and/or [JUST THE TITS]
That being said, it will generate nsfw at times, albeit with the weird flux nipples. YMMV.
