Francine Langstrom, also known as "She-Bat" or "Manbat II" from Batman the Animated Series. My most complicated LoRA to date. The LoRA contains everything you need to recreate her in (1) Human, (2) Half-Transformed, and (3) Fully Transformed appearances from the episode "Terror in the Sky"

UPDATE 1/9/25 - Added Illustrious version. I've just started experimenting with Illustrious, so please let me know if you discover anything noteworthy with the LoRA. I had good results in testing, but it does seem to add hair to the fully transformed She-Bat sometimes. I've found you can combat that by prompting "bald" or "no humans."

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING:

You'll need to prompt carefully to get the appearance you want. There are three "main" triggers:

• frbtas - this is her human form. Her outfit from the episode is included, but you can prompt for other clothing or nude as you wish.

• htbtas - this is the "half transformed" appearance from the airplane bathroom scene at the climax of the episode. Still has blonde hair and human arms, but with brown skin, orange eyes, fangs, and claw-like hands.

• sbbtas - this is the fully transformed "She-Bat" appearance. This is identical to the appearance of Kirk Langstrom in his "Manbat" appearance from the episode "On Leather Wings" with no obvious feminine features (which set up the surprise twist in the episode's plot) so you could also use this to make Manbat if you change clothing colors.

The three forms share some features and costume pieces, so you'll achieve different looks if you mix and match. See the prompts in my example images for some possibilities. I found it most difficult to prompt for fully transformed Manbat and give it female features (like breasts) without pulling it so far away from the Manbat appearance that it starts to become generic bat woman. You'll have to experiment with triggers and weights if that's what you're going for.

I recommend pairing with the "Winged Arms" LoRA by Trex (available on CivitAI as of the date of this posting) to achieve more stability with the wing appearance. I found in testing that giving it 0.4-0.5 weight was working well for me.

Francine and/or Half Transformed: blonde hair, long hair, pink jacket, white shirt, pink pants

Half Transformed and/or She-Bat: bat ears, fangs, torn clothes, torn shirt, orange sclera

She-Bat Only: wings, bat wings, winged arms, flying
