Charles Aznavour (1924–2018) was a legendary French-Armenian singer, songwriter, and actor. Known as "France's Frank Sinatra," he achieved global fame with his poignant voice and timeless ballads, often exploring themes of love, longing, and identity. Over a career spanning eight decades, Aznavour wrote more than 1,000 songs, performing in multiple languages, including French, English, Italian, Spanish, and Armenian.

His iconic hits include "La Bohème," "Hier Encore," "She," and "Emmenez-moi". Beyond music, Aznavour also had a prolific acting career, appearing in over 60 films, such as "Shoot the Piano Player" (1960).
