In my opinion, it's already great.
I'm not sure what you think the problem is? Often moving the trigger word forward may improve.
For example: score_9, source_anime, drinking_fountain, drink_water, faucet, 1girl, woman, open mouth, shy, sweat, park, night, outdoors, <lora:drinking_fountain:0.8>
(score_8_up, score_7_up will weaken the effect of trigger words, because the order has a great impact, so I usually delete them)

I tested it, and I think... it should be to increase the weight of the prompts, because you are training in Civitiai, its hyperparameter (weight_decay) is 0.5, n_repeats: 4 may be too low. I couldn't find suitable material last year, so I will probably use the test images to train another SD1.5 version.
