Usually use the Anything or SD vae.

Usual generation settings:

DPM++ 2M Karras

32-50 steps

8-15 CFG

512x512

Anime sharp upscaler (1.5x) to 768x768 (best I can do because potato computer)

28 upscaler steps/ .35-.7 denoise
