This is a work-in-progress list of animals that have been tested in Flux Dev. Flux recognizes fewer animals than SDXL, so I started with the SDXL list and removed the ones that weren't close. I may cull or add to the list as I do more testing.
IMPORTANT: Flux needs more context than SDXL to consistently produce the animal versions of the words. I added "nature photography" after the wildcard in my tests. You can also try words like "animal" or "wild".
These lists are good for:
finding inspiration
discovering new animals you might not have thought to prompt for
getting mostly consistent results
These lists are not good for:
using as reference for what the animals actually look like
using as a reference for how animals are actually classified
getting perfectly consistent results
SwarmUI supports wildcards natively. Automatic1111 requires an extension.
Description
This download includes an organized text file that can be used for wildcards. It also includes images generated in Flux Dev that can be used as reference. This is so you don't have to generate them all yourself before you see what each animal might look like.
