Weight 1 works well. Prompting; blanc, works great for her general appearance. Prompting without eye color, hair color, or hair length seems to work just fine.

For her outfit; blanc, white dress, fur-trimmed jacket, fur trim, hat, I wouldn't count on it getting super close to her official art outfit. Its got a lot of details.
