Qian li Yan of the northern water tribe, a young boy with a fragment of the ocean spirit La within. His spiritual connection to the ocean affords him waterbending on a level far beyond any normal mortal. When he and his brother Yutou join forces, their strength matches even that of the Avatar. Qian joins the Red Lotus along with his brother to defend his tribe from the likes of Father Gloworm.
