A LoRA that draws on the same data set as other Desi Coffee models produce women with Indian features and dark skin tones.
Suggest using the word 'Indian' or something associated with India (clothing, location, etc.) in the prompt. Flux's association between ethnicity and skintone seem quite strong, and you may end up with East Asian / Black characters otherwise
