You know those circling stars above cartoon characters after they go through some head injury? I wanted to recreate that.

Samples did not get the circling stars, but rather circling "things", I'm hopeful that it still works, but I need to test.

E8 was the last epoch that got the stars in samples, so I'll be uploading that one as well
