    Preview 1

Made for an anime style of the dresses worn by Southern Belles in the historical American South

Trigger words: Southern Belle, Hoop Dress / Hoop Skirt, Long Dress, Cinched waist, Silk Gloves, ringlets hair, Wide brimmed hat, ribbons, hair bow, holding a parasol

Using Hoop dress results in a one piece, hoop dress skirt results in a 2 piece with a tucked in shirt

Works well with colors for the dress, gloves, hat, ribbons and bows. Some checkpoints make the hair match the color of the dress even when a hair color is tagged though.

Trained on IL, pony, animagine and xl

From the french word "belle" for beautiful, the Southern Belle was a term to refer to the wealthy women of the Antebellum era American South.

Tans were considered a sign of the working poor, so gloves, wide brim hats, pantalettes, parasols and long clothing were employed to shield them from the strong sun.

Appearing in popular culture media like Gone With the Wind, the archetype is known for traits like southern hospitality, flirty but coy and hard to get.

Trying to emulate the aristocratic class of Europe, they had developed a distinct culture from the rest of the country, especially the other poor southerners and former slaves. Despite attempts to hold onto their prestige and wealth, the end of the Civil War and reconstruction era led to the loss of most of this unethically earned generational wealth.
