HonōKitsune Ai is a lightweight LoRA (dim 128 / α ??) trained on 60 curated shots of my virtual VTuber fox-girl. Plug it into Stable Diffusion 1.5 (tested with A1111 / ComfyUI) and watch seven fluffy tails, vivid orange gradients and techno-miko fashion blaze onto the canvas.

Retrained so Honō appears as a vibrant orange unicorn/fox hybrid within the MLP-inspired universe.
Dataset adapted
70 images redrawn in pony ??????? (muzzle, hooves, pastel shading) while preserving key beats: fiery mane, seven ethereal tails, amber eyes.
Network size trimmed
dim 96 · α 48→ compact (≈ 32 MB) for easy loading on phones.
Lower UNet LR (4e-4) to respect Pony Diffusion’s softer gradients.
Trigger remains
hono_kitsune_ai(optional extra tagfox_pony).Suggested LoRA weight 0.6 – 0.8 portraits · 0.7 – 0.9 full body.
Works best with Pony-Diffusion-v2-Smooth checkpoint.
