Surprised this works as well as it does. The main trigger word is cock_vore. "Trembling" or "trembling balls" give it a more bulgey look. Also huge seems to work better in place of hyper for some reason. Works mostly on anthros, and gets kinda wonky with ferals. Use .9-1 for weight. Can work in conjunction with character Loras but it doesn't like it
