This is a LoRA for the character Bloth from the series Pirates of Dark Water, published by Hanna Barbera in 1991. Bloth is the Pirate Lord of the Maelstrom and the main villain of the show.

I love the creative lore of this series; Tragically cancelled before it could be finished. It deserved better.
