My first attempt at the headless horseman from the movie sleepy hollow. Its kind of hard to keep him headless since I used a couple of pictures with christopher walken as him. If you want him as walken just add blue eyes, black hair, sharp teeth. You have to play around with it a bit to work. But its a V1. When I understand the right tags Ill do a version 2. If it keeps adding the head then add head in the negatives and increase the headless tag in the positives. If that still doesnt work you can use this. It at least removes that problem. I have a hard time putting him into poses. Maybe you will have better luck.
