Realistic Hyper ???? Bulge for Pony.

Works with translucent clothing as well.

Version 1.0 (Use this by default) is the beaseline model, producing good results, but has a few limitations on the poses/appearance, has issues with skirts, and can make the clothing on the bulge look creased.

Version 2.0 (Beta) experimental version, trying to address the issues listed above while making the appearance more configurable. - PLEASE PROVIDE FEEDBACK, POST IMAGES, ETC.
