Gives the person in your image the classic pageboy haircut that was fashionable for women in the 1960s and especially the 1970s (sometimes referred to as a medieval peasant's haircut or a mushroom haircut). This model was trained entirely on photographs of women, but seems to do well enough on anime art as well.
