The dataset was trained on mostly NSFW images, so it might gravitate towards more suggestive poses.

The model can be a little bit rough around the eyes and some of the finer facial features, which you may need to use detailing for.

While you can use the model standalone, I recommend using it alongside other character LoRAs to prevent the dataset from influencing the result too much. You may need to adjust the weight if it's influencing the result too much or not enough, dependent on how strong the other LoRAs you're using it with are.
