Darius awoke days later in the lab of Sector 7, with his body transformed. Sector 7 wanted him to be their 5th weapon in their Jackal Special Unit, so they were fascinated and fearful at the same time with his unique power of surging storm inside and outside his body. Electricity coursed through his veins. His heart became a living capacitor, his skin etched with pulsing neon filaments that flared when his emotions surged. The shadows that once concealed him now bent to his will—absorbing light, amplifying his electric charge.

Branded a fugitive by Helion, Darius vanished into the undercity of New Arcadia. There, he rose as a silent deadly weapon in black armor streaked with glowing pink and blue arcs, haunting the streets from people that wanted them to fail and see Sector 7 and the Jackal unit to fall. He was the Number 5, RageStorm in their special unit.

Each battle pushes him closer to mastering his powers—or losing himself entirely to the storm that lives inside him.
