It puts a ???? where the tongue should be. Results may include ????-like tongues or tongue-like ?????. Original intention was to include has or hasn't got balls in the same model, but doing enough steps to get balls only when prompted repeatedly also resulted in unacceptable style bleed and other quality issues.

So dicktongue without balls is series A, which I'm happy with. Dicktongue with balls is series B, which needs further iteration still.

As of v5B, series B is not as reliable as series A, so you should only use it if you really want to see some balls. Also, it sometimes leaves off the balls and it sometimes leaves off the ????. I'm not sure if it can make a regular tongue with balls on purpose, but personally I think it's hilarious that it happens at all.
