1. Dispersion effect (remember the cool BLIP effect from Avengers end game?)

2. Ink Smudge effect

Use "in the style of dispersion" in your prompt to trigger the effect

A sample prompt is:

photo of beautiful woman standing, 8k,4k,highres,masterpiece,in the style of dispersion

I have not tried it on non-human generations. It didn't work as well in a few generations involving a cat.

Ink Smudge Effect

During testing, I realized that it can also generate what is called "Ink Smudge Effect"

highly detailed, bright colored graffiti, in the style of dispersion, soft focus

Simply copy the download the file into your hypernetworks folder, select it while generating images and you are done.
