Adds the traditional Japanese hat - tate eboshi. It sometimes does appear to 'stick' rather than 'fit' on the head, but otherwise works.

Also, I forgot to add prompts... recommended prompts are 'eboshi' and 'tateeboshi'. A prompt such as 'large hat' somehow appears to help with the generation.
